Our Story: A Family Legacy
Irish Mike’s Total Car Care was established in 1995 by my parents, Michael and Helen Flynn. With my dad, Mike, at the helm of the mechanical operations and my mom, Helen, managing the business side, they built the shop from the ground up. What started as a small one-bay shop has grown into a full-service automotive care center, all while maintaining the same family values and commitment to quality service that it was founded on.

A New Chapter: Continuing the Tradition
In 2021, my parents decided it was time to pass the torch, and I, Conor Flynn, took over the reins of Irish Mike’s. Growing up, the shop was more than just a business to me—it was a place where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and dedication. After joining the team full-time post-college, I knew this was where I wanted to make my mark. Now, as the owner, I’m committed to continuing the family legacy and driving the business forward.

The Owner’s Passion for Racing
Outside the shop, my passion for sports car racing keeps me on my toes. Since the age of 18, I’ve competed in prestigious racing series like IMSA, WRL, and SCCA. The thrill of racing drives me to continually push my limits, both on the track and in my professional life. Racing has taught me the importance of precision and perseverance—qualities that I bring to the management of Irish Mike’s. When I’m not racing, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, enjoying those moments of connection and relaxation.
Our Family and Roots
My parents moved to the United States from Ireland over 35 years ago in pursuit of the American Dream. My dad started by changing oil in a gas station parking lot, while my mom worked a desk job. Their hard work and determination eventually led to the creation of Irish Mike’s, a business that has grown and thrived over the years. I’m proud to continue the legacy they started. Along with my partner Corey and our three Dachshunds—Pippy, Little Man, and Poca—we are dedicated to keeping the family spirit alive in everything we do.
