Job Requirements

  • 3 years Receptionist / Office administrator experience
  • 3 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Schedule appointment and call when job it completed
  • Cash customers out
  • Follow up on returned parts for credit from venders
  • Manage and maintain A/P, A/R and Inventory Records
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Maintain office
  • Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:15 AM to 5:15pm
