Requirements
2 years automotive experience
2 years sales experience
2 years customer service experience
Ability to explaining mechanic work to customers
High School degree or GED
Team Player
ASE Certifications (Optional but preferred)
Responsibilities
Assist in the day to day running of shop
Deliver above expected customer service to all customers
Look over inspection reports for potential work needed
Write repair estimates and sell to customers
Invoice RO when work in completed and cash customers out
Meet weekly sales goals and labor hour goals
Help keep shop clean and organized
Complete ASE training courses as assigned
Be on time, team player, and willing to learn
