Job Responsibilities

Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.

Schedule appointment and call when job it completed

Cash customers out

Follow up on returned parts for credit from venders

Manage and maintain A/P, A/R and Inventory Records

Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Organize and maintain the office filing system

Maintain office

Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:15 AM to 5:15pm
